I am from outside Madrid. Can you send my order?
Yes, we send your order wherever you tell us. We send them to the peninsula through the Tipsa courier and it arrives in 24h. It has shipping costs that range from € 5 to € 15 and are free from a purchase over € 500.
If you have to send your order outside of Spain the price and delivery time will vary depending on the case. We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

If the dress does not fit well, do you make arrangements?
Our clothing is by size, not custom. If the dress is a bit long, you have to slide a button or make a small adjustment, it is up to the customer to do so. We have a repair workshop for these cases. If the error has been ours, it is badly carved or made, of course we make the necessary arrangement or we repeat it. Our greatest wish is that you are satisfied with our work.
If the dress does not fit her well, do you make adjustments?
Our clothes go by sizes, not by measurements. If the dress looks a bit long on her, a button has to be moved or there is a little adjustment to be made, it is up to the client to fix it. If the mistake is ours of course we make adjustments or we can even make it again if needed. Our greatest desire is that you are satisfied with our job.

The approximate delivery time is 20 days, but it may be more or less depending on the time of year in which we are. If you have a wedding or a First Communion in the month of May, we recommend that you place your order with more time in advance.

I have a 15-year-old girl. Can I order a dress for her?
We are very sorry but we are dedicated to children's clothing and we only go up to size 12. Anyway you can measure the chest contour and if it does not exceed 80 cm. our size 12 will fit you well.

I want to see everything calmly. When is the best time to visit you?
We advise you that, if you can, you approach the store in the morning. You will see everything more calmly and we will be able to advise you better. In the afternoons many more people come, many more children, there is more trouble and maybe you have to wait a little bit.

I recommend that you come by during the morning. You will be able to see everything with not that many people and we will be able to give you better advice. During the evenings there are more people coming, more children and it is kind of crowded so you might have to wait for bit.
